Ministry Projects
Introduction: Pastor Naveed Anjum joined seminary in 1992. He completed the Bible Course in 1994. After completing the course he started work with church to get experience. After ordination, he started ministry work in 1996 which proved very fruitful. God gave him various spiritual gifts as Healing, Teaching, Preaching and Prophesy. Now he is working with a faithful church. 1: Gethsemani Church: Starting Ministry work 13-08-1996. Saddique Nager, Feroz Shah, Nazir colony, Ahmadabad. We started Ministry work among very poor and bricks making people. Children also do this work with parents. We started a school and adult education to give them education; they might able to read the Bible. 2: Worship Ministry: Starting Worship Ministry 01-01-2002 We are busy in spreading the gospel through worship in various Churches. Worship Ministry tries to motivate the youngsters to come to the Lord Jesus Christ and teach them how to worship. 3: Adult education: Starting 1st Feb, 1997 Complete Course: one year and six Months. After studying 1-1/2 years people can read the Bible easily. 110 Boys and girls have taken adult education. Two centres are running and 18 boys and 16 girls are studying in these centres. 4: Seher Public School: Starting: 01-09-1998 We started a Primary School, named Seher Public School, in Nazir Colony for those children who do nothing. Some of them go with their parents on job some of them walk here and there aimlessly. They are too poor and cannot pay their fee. Now 115 children are studying in the school and 3 teachers are teaching them. 5: Healing Crusades: Starting 01-01-2002 We are spreading the gospel through healing crusades. We are working for spiritual improvement and heal the people. We are working for freedom of sinners and sick people with the help of God. We invite various pastors for words of God in healing Crusades. 6: Women Ministry: Starting: 1st march, 2001 We want to give Biblical Education to women. So we arrange one day women seminar after every six months. It becomes a source of women to accept Jesus Christ in their lives. After this they try to motivate their families to Jesus Christ and give their children Biblical Education. 7: Sunday School: Starting 01-09-1998 For those children who don’t go to school and for school children, we have Sunday School. We are teaching them with Bible Story Prayer, Songs with actions. Verses and religious movies. We arrange Summer Camps, Sports, Children Shows, Quiz Competitions for develop interest of children to Jesus Christ. 8: Sewing Centre: Starting: 27-07-1998 Mostly girls are working in people houses that’s why we manage the sewing centres. 40 girls have taken the training. 15 girls are taking training.
